Tasting Notes
Mild cherry presence. Spicy on mid palate, finishes clean. Slight tart flavor which is indicative of fruit. Initial aroma of saddle leather.

Consumed with hangar steak and salmon wrapped in filo dough. A wine that knows no boundaries.
